I ensure all items are in perfect condition and securely packaged before sending. Items will automatically be sent to paypal address unless notified otherwise.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.

Refund/exchange will be arranged upon receiving original purchase in same condition as when initially posted. Please email info@redpaperhouse.com for return details.

Red Paper House recommends using Signed For Tracked postage options to return items. Buyer assumes responsibility for returned items (unless item is faulty then RPH will reimburse the postage payment).
